Collegial, Engaged and Aligned with Our Clients’ Interests

The DSM team brings together breadth of experience and perspective in a stable, boutique organization.

Our Analyst/PMs are compensated on firm performance and the quality of their individual work on behalf of our clients. In this environment, “Buy”, “Sell” and “Avoid” recommendations are equally important.

Members of our operations, client relations and administrative teams bring valuable experience and expertise from across the investment management industry.

All DSM team members are on ownership track. All but the newest members of our staff already have equity interests in the firm and have significant personal investments in DSM portfolios. This helps ensure that our interests are fully aligned with those of our clients.
